These are current Invislign prices
Invisalign Express: €900/€1200. This package includes 1 set of (7) refinement aligners for 1 year from the start of the treatment.
Invisalign Lite: €1475 / €1890. This package includes 2 sets of (14×2) refinement aligners for 2 years from the start of the treatment.
Invisalign Moderate: €11780 / €2220. This package includes 2 sets of (20×2) refinement aligners for 2 years from the start of the treatment.
Invisalign Comprehensive €2500/2700. This package has 2 options for refinement:
Option 1: 5 years / Unlimited number of extra aligners from the start of the treatment
Option 2: 3 years 3 sets of extra aligners from the start of the treatment
These invisalign prices include intraoral scanning, placement and removal of attachments and all check-up visits and extra aligners which are part of the invisalign package.
Invisalign Treatment Process for International Patients
- Visit 1: Initial Records & Consultation (Istanbul)
- What we do: We perform a clinical examination, take 3D intraoral scans, dental X-rays, and photos.
- Your plan: Dr. Özkurt designs your custom treatment plan and provides an estimated timeline.
- Manufacturing: Your records are sent to Invisalign laboratories in Poland. Your custom aligners arrive at our clinic in approximately 10 to 14 days.
- Visit 2: Fitting & Shipping Policy (Istanbul)
- Why you must be present: Your second visit must be in person at our clinic. We cannot ship your initial trays to your home country because we need to place tooth-colored attachments and perform any planned Interproximal Reduction (IPR).
- Receiving your trays: You will receive your complete set of aligners during this visit, along with clear instructions on how to wear and switch them.
- Remote Progress Monitoring
- Photo updates: For standard cases without required clinic visits, you will send us photos of your smile every 6 weeks so Dr. Özkurt can monitor your progress remotely.
- Refinements & Additional Aligners
- Completion review: Once you finish your initial set of trays, you return to our clinic in Istanbul to evaluate your results.
- Extra trays (Refinements): If further adjustments are needed, we take a new 3D scan and order additional aligners. Invisalign does not charge extra for these refinement trays.
- Receiving refinement trays: Refinements take 10 to 14 days to arrive. You will typically need to be in the clinic for new attachments or IPR. While shipping extra trays is occasionally possible if no attachments are needed, international medical shipping regulations make this process slow and costly for you.
- Delaying your visit: If you cannot travel immediately after finishing a set of aligners, continue wearing your final set for 12 hours a day to maintain your progress until your visit.
- Final Step: Retainers & Long-Term Protection
- Attachment removal: Once you and Dr. Özkurt are happy with your final smile, we remove all attachments.
- Fixed retainer: We fit a permanent titanium wire retainer on the inside of your teeth (lingual retainer) for stability.
- Removable night retainers: To prevent relapse, we advise wearing removable night retainers for at least 1 year. You have two options:
- Essix Retainers: Made locally at our clinic within 2 hours using a quick dental impression.
- Invisalign Vivera Retainers: Ordered from Invisalign Poland using a new 3D scan.
Remote Assessment & Photo Guide for International Patients
If you are considering Invisalign treatment with Dr. İbrahim Cem Özkurt and live abroad, you can send us photos of your smile for a preliminary evaluation and cost estimate.
Important Note: This remote evaluation provides an initial estimate only. A definitive treatment plan and exact package selection can only be determined after an in-person clinical and radiological (X-ray) examination at our clinic in Istanbul.
How to Take Your Photos

Do not take selfies: Selfie-style photos distort angles, lighting, and bite position. Please ask a friend or family member to take the photos for you.

Good Lighting: Take photos in a well-lit room or facing natural light.

Bite Naturally: Keep your back teeth completely bitten together naturally unless instructed otherwise for arch views.
1. Bite Photos (Teeth Together)
These photos allow us to evaluate your bite and the relationship between your upper and lower teeth, which is essential for orthodontic planning. Please make sure you are biting down completely on your back teeth.

How to take: Look straight at the camera. Pull your lips back slightly so your front and side teeth are clearly visible while biting down fully on your back teeth.

How to take: Turn your head slightly to the left. Pull your cheek back on the right side so we can see how your back teeth on the right connect when bitten together.

How to take: Turn your head slightly to the right. Pull your cheek back on the left side to show the fit of your back teeth on the left.

These photos show the crowding, spacing, and general alignment of your upper and lower teeth individually.

How to take: Tilt your head back slightly, open your mouth wide, and point the camera up so the biting surfaces of all your top teeth are visible from front to back.

Hello Gimena. Unfortunately, due to regulations we are not allowed to share price information about dental braces or any type of dental treatment on the web. However, we are sending you an e-mail on the average cost of clear aligners. There are quite few options and they all have different prices. If you ask me whether you can achieve the same result; of course one major factor is the experience of the orthodontist both in orthodontics and clear aligners. Furthermore, most of the aligner brands are good for mild to moderate problems, few are good for more severe problems. In terms of hardware, they have different technologies. Merhaba Çapraşık durumda olan dişinize arka grup dişleri hareket ettirmeden yer yaratılabilirse ve kapanışınızda sıkıntı yoksa social-six tedavisi uygulanabilir. Normalde sadece ön altı dişe müdahalede bulunulur. Arka dişlere dokunmadan yer yaratmanın tek yolu, ön dişleri aralardan törpülemektir. Yaklaşık 6 aylık bir tedavi olur. Bunun için, ön dişlerin üzerine braket yapıştırmak suretiyle, sabit ortodontik tedavi uygulanabilir. Alternatif olarak Invisalign treatment da uygulanabilir. Invisalign tercih edilirse, 14 plaklık Invisalign Lite paketi uygun olacaktır. Tabi lingual ortodonti de uygulanabilir.
Hi, I’m resident in Istanbul. I’m interested in Invisalign. I had braces as a kid, but lost my retainer 2 years ago. I had it replaced and did Invisalign for my bottom teeth, but now with my upper teeth there’s a slight whistling sound when I speak, and I feel like the quality/sound of my speaking voice has changed (I’m not sure this is related to my teeth, but it’s my theory). So I’m curious to see what you think. Could I get an initial quote for Invisalign, and then maybe an appointment?

For Invisalign Lite in total 42, for Invisalign Moderate 60 aligners.

Generally, we place attachments on necessary teeth to move them properly. This can only be done when we receive your aligners. Therefor you need to come to our clinic for this procedure and to pick up the trays.

Merhaba. Refinement, 7 adete kadar extra plak anlamına geliyor. İlk planlamada oluşturulan sonuca ulaşılamadığı durumlarda, o sonuca ulaşmak için yeniden plak gönderiyorlar. Tedavi bitmeden de refinement plakları istenebilir. Tedavinin tamamen bitmesi gerekmez. Planlamada değişiklikler yapılabilir. Fakat bu değişikliklikler baştaki düzenizliği 7 plak ile düzeltilebilecek olan aşamaya kadar olanları kapsar. Yani, plaklar ile dişleri bir miktar düzelttikten sonra, yeni durumu sıfır konumu almaz.
